What is the difference between OEM and ODM custom bags?
OEM starts with your design and specification. ODM starts with an existing style that is adapted to your requirements. In both cases, confirm the complete specification and approve a sample before bulk production.
Can I start without a technical drawing?
Yes. Biben’s published ODM service allows customers to start with existing styles or a design concept. Send a reference, contents, dimensions and intended use, then discuss what information is needed to develop the proposal.
What parts of a bag can I customize?
Discuss shape, size, material, color, handles, closures, pockets, artwork, labels and packing. Feasible combinations should be confirmed for the selected style and construction.
Is ODM always faster or less expensive than OEM?
Do not assume a universal advantage. The starting style, extent of changes, material availability, artwork and sampling requirements affect the proposal. Compare quotations and schedules for equivalent specifications.
Which printing method should I choose?
Send the artwork and proposed material together. Ask Biben to confirm a suitable process and sample result, considering surface, fine detail, color, placement and intended care.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
Request the MOQ and timing for the exact design, material, quantity and packing. Confirm sampling, production and transport stages separately; this guide does not set a universal minimum or delivery schedule.
Can I approve a sample before mass production?
Biben’s published process includes sample confirmation. Agree sample details, costs and timing, record any revisions, and approve the final specification before production.
Can I request recycled materials or certification documents?
Include the specific requirement in your brief. Ask for relevant material or product documentation and check its scope and validity. A material label or website image does not establish certification.
What should I send to request a quote?
